⚠️ RNet Moderation Action Notice

The Kick or Ban action was executed successfully, The targeted user has been removed from the server. However, an issue occurred while attempting to send the notification embed.

If you're still encountering issues, please join the support server with .support and attach a screenshot or relevant error log.

🚨 RNet Anti-Spam Not Working? Here's What to Check!

Anti-spam is one of RNet’s most important features, but we know it can be frustrating when it doesn’t kick in. Luckily, most issues are easy to solve. 😇

🛑 Default Behavior

By default, RNet's anti-spam system is set to trigger when 5 messages are sent within 3 seconds. If spam doesn't meet this threshold, it won’t be flagged.

🔎 Troubleshooting Checklist:

✅ Bot Permissions

Make sure RNet has the Manage Message and Kick Member permission and is placed at or above moderator roles in the role hierarchy. Without this, RNet may be unable to act, even if it detects spam.

🔧 Anti-Spam Settings

Double-check your current configuration with .settings you’d be surprised how often a setting is accidentally ignored or wrongfully set in the settings. 🧐

🧪 User Testing on Admins

Keep in mind that Staff with Permissions are excluded from anti-spam detection. If you're testing the system using your own admin account, RNet won’t flag your messages.

📏 Spam Length & Speed

Did the spam meet the detection criteria? Unless there are at least 5 messages within 3 seconds, RNet may not register it as spam. Patience, young Padawan!
